Our Story

For over two decades, Beecher Reagan has helped build the consulting industry (and beyond) into what we know it as today.

In 2009, Clark Beecher and Tim Reagan joined forces to combine their executive search experience and launch a new firm: Beecher Reagan Advisors. In an industry defined by generalists, Beecher Reagan chose to narrowly focus on consulting and advisory. Over the years, we’ve played an instrumental role in helping to build some of the most recognizable and fastest-growing firms on the planet. We have helped establish new practices, build entire partner ecosystems, and assemble leadership teams that have gone on to define their categories.

While our team has grown, our approach remains the same. We are known for our deep market expertise in professional services and for our ability to help connect firm strategy to the leadership capability required to execute it.
