Niki Driskill

Niki Driskill serves as Chief of Staff at Beecher Reagan, where she acts as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to senior leadership. In this role, she is responsible for aligning organizational priorities, driving cross-functional initiatives, and enhancing operational efficiency across the firm.

Prior to joining Beecher Reagan, Niki held the position of Senior Executive Assistant to the Vice President & General Counsel at a major oil and gas corporation. She also brings over 14 years of experience as a Project Manager with a corporate relocation consultancy, where she led complex client engagements and managed high-impact transitions.

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Niki enjoys spending quality time with her husband of 29 years and their two sons. Her personal interests include crafting, traveling, volunteering, attending live music events, and maintaining an active lifestyle. She also embraces physical challenges and participates annually in a Tough Mudder with friends.
