Angela serves as Senior Advisor to Beecher Reagan and concurrently serves as CEO and Managing Partner of Kinavic Leadership Acceleration, Beecher Reagan's partner in leadership assessment and performance acceleration.

Angela first joined the Beecher Reagan team as the President & COO, coming directly from the Management Consulting industry where she served as Senior VP of Global Operations for North Highland Worldwide Consulting. She then served as Chief Revenue Officer for a large recruiting and staffing firm, before returning to the Beecher Reagan Portfolio in 2021.

As President and COO of Beecher Reagan, Angela was charged with bolstering the company’s global reach, developing the leadership advisory practice, and broadening core client offerings, including Verity, Beecher Reagan's proprietary psychometric assessment for professional services and private equity leadership. Verity, powered by Hogan Assessments, gives clients empirical insight that improves the quality of engagement, interviewing, and hiring decisions. Angela is deeply passionate about developing talent strategies that maximize the potential of human capital.

Prior to North Highland, Navarro brought 20 years within the Professional Staffing and Search industries, earning a strong and consistent legacy of developing internal teams and external alliances to stimulate and deliver year-over-year growth and profitability.
