Mo is a Partner at Beecher Reagan and leads the strategy and management consulting sector across all industry and functional capabilities. 

Mo has over 20 years of experience helping companies grow through innovative recruiting strategies. He is also responsible for Firm Growth & Client Development, expansion of our Products & Services Portfolio, and overall Strategic Planning.

Before joining Beecher Reagan, Mo led Talent Acquisition for Strategy&, with overall Executive responsibility for Experienced Hire Recruiting in North & Latin America. He previously was the Global Head of Recruiting at Booz & Company.

He served as the Global Leader for the Firm’s Recruiting Initiatives, and as the Global Recruiting Advisor for the Integration with PwC Advisory.
