Clark is the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Beecher Reagan Advisors. He is passionate about helping solve the most complex leadership challenges through search, assessment, and acceleration. He brings over two decades of executive search and leadership experience to the Beecher Reagan team.

B.B.A. in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from the Bauer School of Business at the University of Houston.
Clark Beecher serves as a Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Beecher Reagan. He has spent the majority of his career advising management consulting, technology services and business advisory service firms on building and growing their industry, functional and geographical practice areas.
Clark has worked with and advised the most premier consulting firms in the industry and is known for sharing his expertise with leaders and clients he serves. For over twenty years, he has led and successfully completed searches for some of the leading professional services firms including: Accenture, AlixPartners, Bain & Company, The Boston Consulting Group, Booz Allen Hamilton, Deloitte, EY, Infosys, IBM, KPMG, McKinsey & Company, Oliver Wyman and PwC Strategy&. Clark has built a legacy of advising Fortune 100 corporations and alternative investment firms on sourcing and attracting consulting talent in-house.
Prior to Beecher Reagan, Clark was a Managing Director with Magellan International, LP. At Magellan, Clark led the global professional services practice area. Clark has always had a knack for entrepreneurship. Before Magellan, he founded and owned several product and service businesses.
Outside of work, Clark is active in the community as a board member on the University of Houston Board of Visitors and volunteers with a number of local charities. In his free time Clark enjoys skiing, boating and spending quality time with his wife Ashley and their four children.
