Prior to joining Beecher Reagan, Bryce was a two-time captain of the Fairfield University men's lacrosse team and most recently contributed to the University of Maryland’s run to the NCAA Division I Men's Lacrosse Championship final, bringing leadership and a high-performance mindset to executive search.
