Zarina is a Principal at Beecher Reagan, focused on Partner and senior leadership search within professional services firms, including Transaction Advisory Services, Financial Due Diligence, and Tax practices. She brings over 20 years of recruiting experience, with deep specialization in CPA and advisory firm talent strategy.

Zarina has partnered with national and regional firms to build high-impact advisory and tax teams, leading searches at the Partner, Managing Director, and Director levels. She is known for her relationship-driven approach, discretion, and ability to identify and attract top performers in competitive markets.

Prior to joining Beecher Reagan, Zarina founded ZSM Recruiting, an executive search firm dedicated to CPA and advisory firms. Through ZSM, she built a national network within Transaction Advisory and public accounting, helping firms secure specialized talent to support growth initiatives and practice expansion.

Zarina is based in Houston, Texas and works with clients nationally. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, traveling, reading, spending time with friends, and playing mahjong and pickleball. She is the proud mother of her 11-year-old daughter, Sofia.
