Renee Festner

Renee Festner serves as Recruitment Coordinator at Beecher Reagan, where she is dedicated to creating a seamless and welcoming experience for candidates and team members. In this role, she supports the recruitment process through clear communication, thoughtful coordination, and a collaborative approach that reflects her genuine passion for helping others.

Prior to joining Beecher Reagan, Renee built over 20 years of experience in executive administrative roles, bringing a strong work ethic and a proven ability to support leaders and teams in fast‑paced, people-focused environments.

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Renee enjoys spending time with her husband, Jordan, of 15 years, and their two children. Much of their family time is spent at the ballpark cheering on their daughter, Sailor, in softball and their son, Finn, in baseball. When they’re not at the fields, they enjoy relaxing at the beach and enjoying family time.
