Nick Wackel

Nick Wackel is a Consultant at Beecher Reagan. Prior to joining the firm, he spent more than five years with Bauer Harris Executive Search, where he led search execution on senior leadership roles across a range of industries and organizations.

Nick began his career as an engineer and project manager in the oil and gas industry, shaping the practical and analytical approach he brings to his work today. He focuses on building trusted relationships with candidates and clients, contributing to a thoughtful, well-run search process.

He earned his Aerospace Engineering degree from the University of Alabama and enjoys getting outside for a round of golf, a run, or spending time with his family outside of work.
