David Rio

David is a Managing Director at Beecher Reagan and leads the firm’s consulting and technology-enabled services practice across both publicly traded partnerships and sponsor-backed companies.

David has over 25 years of experience helping organizations grow by attracting leadership talent across professional services, software, and technology — for both large, established firms and early-stage, high-growth companies.

He brings a perspective shaped by sitting on every side of the talent desk: as a consultant, an internal talent leader, and an external search advisor. Before joining Beecher Reagan, David was instrumental in building HIEC’s U.S. business, leading its U.S. mandates and client development over four years. He previously served as an Executive Recruiting Director at PwC, where he co-led experienced-hire recruitment across the firm’s consulting industries before moving into its executive search practice.

Earlier in his career, David led talent functions inside high-growth and venture-backed companies — including CCC Intelligent Solutions, a software business that tripled in size during his tenure — and held recruiting roles at KPMG Consulting.
