Brandon Call

Brandon is the Chief Operating & Technology Officer at Beecher Reagan, where he leads the firm's operations and the technology platform behind its search and talent delivery.

Brandon has spent more than 20 years building the talent operations, systems, and teams that make organizations actually able to hire well, not just faster. He brings that same orientation to Beecher Reagan, where his focus is on cleaner processes, better data, and search infrastructure that holds up under pressure.

Throughout his career, he has worked in global management consulting, AI-native technology startups, digital talent marketplaces, and healthcare staffing, including roles at North Highland, Distillery Tech, Workerbee, SnapCare, and Hire Velocity. He has led talent organizations across some of the most demanding hiring environments in the market, including a recruiting team of nearly a hundred professionals spread across the U.S., U.K., and South Africa, responsible for thousands of placements a year through high-volume RPO engagements.

Before joining Beecher Reagan, Brandon was Vice President of Talent at Workerbee, an agentic AI hiring platform where he built the talent function from the ground up and developed AI-driven systems for sourcing, candidate matching, and engagement. Prior to that, he spent more than eight years at North Highland as Global Director of Talent and People Operations, where he ran global TA strategy.

Outside of work, Brandon enjoys fishing, shooting, and traveling with his wife Shannon. He and Shannon are expecting their first daughter later this year.
